Refund Policy

Failed Generations

Credits reserved for a video generation are automatically returned when our model provider confirms that the job failed. A different creative result, visual artifact, or subjective dissatisfaction with a successfully completed AI video does not count as a technical failure.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Unless required by law, a completed subscription payment is non-refundable once included credits have been used. If none of the credits from the current billing period were used, contact support within seven days of the charge and we will review the request.

Credit Packs

Unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund within seven days of purchase. Packs that have been partially or fully used are non-refundable unless required by law.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

Contact support as soon as possible with the payment date and order number. We will investigate duplicate charges and credible unauthorized-payment reports. Do not include full card numbers in your message.

Processing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times are outside our control and may take several business days.
