Ozil AI is an AI-powered image-to-video service focused on short football-themed entertainment videos. AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or delayed, and a successful generation is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload a photo unless you own it or have permission from the depicted person to use it.
• Create deceptive impersonations, harassment, sexual content involving minors, illegal content, or content intended to cause harm.
• Represent AI-generated footage as authentic evidence of a real event.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Video generations consume credits according to the format selected before generation. A provider-confirmed failed generation automatically returns the credits reserved for that job. Other refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Rights to Uploads and Outputs

You retain your rights in the photos you upload. You grant us and our processing providers the limited permission needed to receive, process, store, and deliver your requested result. You are responsible for having all required privacy, publicity, copyright, and other permissions. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output for personal or commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
